I am a Licensed clinical social worker who can assist with any personal, mental health, or relationship roadblocks that may be preventing you from being your best self and living your best life. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe that mental health diagnosis can be scary and you may feel overwhelmed. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, client strength and rational counseling with a bit of humor.
