Having experienced substance abuse through the eyes of a mother and wife, my passion is to help clients struggling with addiction as well as family members impacted by drug and alcohol abuse. If you battle with depression and anxiety, let me help you out of the darkness. I am dedicated to encouraging clients to explore their authentic self and built unconditional self-acceptance and self-worth. Through research in the application of Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and goal setting, my focus is helping clients confidently move forward in life. I specialize in helping woman of all ages and have an educational background in Christian Counseling. The foundation of my life's work is based on compassion, empathy, and grace.
