I am currently providing service virtually and in person. I provide individual therapy to clients with mental and behavioral health challenges. My ideal client is the client who is willing to participate in exploring and addressing their individual needs and willing to identify the challenges they are facing in processing the stressors and transitions of daily life. I believe therapy can be life-changing. Life is a journey and the client is the leader to the destination that may come with many detours and changes but consistency is the key.
