My name is Judy Shvartz and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Woodland Hills, California. I believe in everyone’s ability to explore and reflect on how we can make changes to find meaning in ourselves and our relationships. It is through meaningful reflection that we are able to understand how we function and then find ways that help us grow, overcome challenges and adjust to life transitions. I provide individual psychotherapy to adults. I specialize in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, as well as childhood trauma, grief, and intercultural and intergenerational conflicts.
