I have been providing supportive mental health therapy for those who might be struggling with life transitions, loss/grief, traumatic events/abuse/neglect, adjustment to new situations, parent/relationship stress, eating disorders, compulsive disorders, mood difficulties, ADHD, depression and anxiety for over 20 years. I have spent the majority of my practice working with a variety of clients ranging in age from eight to the elderly. I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals by partnering with them and providing skill based solutions and interventions.
