Over the past five years, I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, couples, and families facing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting stress, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. My approach to therapy is grounded in connection and collaboration. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself and offer therapy in English and Korean so you can speak in the language, you’re most comfortable with. I think therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, feel more grounded in who you are, and move forward at a pace that feels right.
