Hi! I'm Jules and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with adults of all genders who struggle with stress and trauma or have a desire to understand themselves and emotions on a deeper level. In our first few sessions, I will be asking questions and getting to know you in a relaxed manner. Together, we'll build an action plan to reach your goals. In session, we will practice exercises and activities when appropriate. I can also provide tangible tools to explore each week between sessions.
