About

I am a certified eating disorders specialist and supervisor with over 18 years of experience. In addition to working with eating disorders, I treat anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and those who are highly sensitive people. I am a trauma-informed LGBTQ+ provider. I am easy to talk to and will use some humor in therapy, but I am also an active part of the therapy session. I will give insights and feedback to you, and will also assignment homework, as appropriate, in order to help you meet your goals. I have worked intensively with eating disorders since 2007 as a Program Director and Clinical Supervisor at a prominent residential treatment facility for eating disorders. I am also a Certified as an Eating Disorder Specialist and Consultant through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.
