New clients welcome! I enjoy working with teenagers through adults who are struggling with mental health issues and substance use. My approach to individual sessions are about meeting you where you are at, empowering you to become the best version of yourself through evidence-based treatment. My focus areas are anxiety, depression, and mood disorders and how often these can lead to substance use. I utilize a variety of strength-based therapeutic techniques including: cognitive behavioral (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), solution-focused and person-centered.
