I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (LP) working both in person and via tele-health with individuals throughout New York State. My goal is to provide clients with support during their journey of self discovery and personal growth. I believe that a big part of our self worth and identity is connected to feeling safe and secure. My goal is to build trust and create this safe space. I value collaboration and trust in order to open up a client’s curiosity for non-judgmental self examination.
