Hello! I'm Juli and I'm an LCSW with nearly a decade of experience working alongside individuals to navigate stress, anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, interpersonal violence, low self-esteem, and trauma. My hope is to provide you with an affirming space for self-reflection, processing, and growth at a pace that feels best for you. I practice using a person-centered approach with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Somatic Therapy and mindfulness.
