I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience helping children, adolescents, families, and adults navigate life's challenges while building more joyful, connected lives. With offices in both Ocean and Mercer Counties, I offer a creative, compassionate, and integrative approach to therapy while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, solution-focused techniques, and other evidence-based practices.
