Hi there! I’m Julia Arias (she/her)—a Latina Marriage and Family Therapist, art therapist, and LGBTQIA+ ally dedicated to creating inclusive, healing spaces. I support adults and communities navigating life transitions, identity exploration, self-esteem, boundary-setting, and I also hold space for the ways systemic oppression can impact our everyday lives. My approach is rooted in empathy, creativity, and a deep understanding of how our bodies carry stress, trauma, and resilience.
