As Henri Matisse once said– Creativity takes courage. Taking that first step towards healing can be scary, but I'm here to help! I work with a wide age range of clients, including children (8+), adolescents, and adults who are seeking therapy services through the creative process of Art Therapy, as well as traditional psychotherapy. I am passionate about working with Anxiety, Depression, Life Changes, Religious Trauma, and life skills. I'm currently under supervision as I work toward obtaining full licensure in mental health counseling and board certification as an art therapist.
