About

I work with individuals 18+ from a wide variety of backgrounds with concerns including: anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, ADHD, identity questioning, and self-esteem. As a queer therapist, I have a special interest in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I strive to work with individuals to help facilitate change for unhelpful patterns, while creating therapeutic goals to help move through the healing process together. I am also a MN Board approved supervisor for LICSW and LPCC tracks and enjoy coming alongside new clinicians to empower, encourage, and challenge the future generation of therapists.
