I help people connect with and embrace their truest selves so they can live authentic, meaningful, and above all, joyful lives. I work with those who feel their emotions deeply, care about the world and the people in it, and want to learn how to take care of and advocate for themselves amidst the chaos. Compassion, understanding, and a deep belief that everyone deserves to be heard are at the foundation of my work.
