Mental health is just as critical as your physical health and you don't need to suffer in silence. You deserve an emotional check-up. I worked part-time in Behavioral Health at Mercy's outpatient program doing assessments and group therapy. I have experience working with career counseling, prenatal and postpartum, anxiety, depression, conflict resolution, grief, trauma, parenting, self-esteem, family, couples and challenges facing middle school, high school and college students.
