Hi! I'm so glad you’re here. My goal is to offer a safe space where you can share your inner world. I believe in compassionate support, helping you find clarity and healing at your own pace. I use evidence-based practices (DBT, CBT) & IFS to help you develop tools to improve your experience of your life. I also utilize Liberation Health Theory to unlearn harmful societal messages. Humor is part of my approach to keep sessions relaxed and engaging. Nobody wants to feel like they’re talking to a wall! I show up authentically in sessions and hope you feel comfortable doing the same.
