Feeling like yourself isn’t always an easy thing to accomplish. It’s natural to become overwhelmed with the pressures of life and to struggle with feeling misunderstood by the people closest to you. Now more than ever, teenagers and young adults are feeling uncertain and disconnected from the people around them. This is a universal experience, but it doesn’t have to be a permanent one. I work with young people to gain a deep understanding and appreciation of themselves—who they are, how they got there, and how they hope to show up differently.
