I focus on helping adults and teens struggling with trauma, anxiety, and or autism. Sometimes we reach a point where our challenges feel beyond our control and taking the plunge into therapy feels necessary, but scary. You are not alone in these feelings. Creating a safe and comfortable space for my clients to heal and feel heard is my priority. Together, we will use compassion and understanding to explore the root of your discomfort while we develop strategies to manage the challenging thoughts, memories, and feelings that surface. My approach to therapy focuses on establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients where they feel valued and heard. I strive to empower others to achieve emotional resilience by utilizing various techniques from CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and trauma interventions that help my clients heal and gain a better understanding of themselves.
