For the last twenty years being a child, and family therapist, it has been a privilege to help those those living with ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety disorders, relationship and family conflict, as well as those struggling with life transitions, stress management, and self-esteem. I use Play Therapy, Motivational Therapy, IFS, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Strength-Based/Solution- Focused Therapy and integrate warmth, humor and compassion with therapeutic approaches enabling you to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be in life.
