The clients that I most frequently work with are seeking a deeper understanding of the formative events and relationships that have impacted them. Such experiences often include living through toxic and unsafe relationships with a caregiver or romantic partner; sudden and traumatic loss of a loved one; navigating stressful transitions happening with work, relationships, or the larger direction of life. These experiences have a strong tendency to lead to profound uncertainty, stuckness, and a persistent repetition of challenging patterns that become difficult to break.
