Hi, thank you for being here! I acknowledge that you may be pursuing therapy and that is a meaningful step to take. Whatever your current circumstances may be, we can start right where you are. As your clinician, I'm here to help support you and to address your personal needs, symptoms, and any challenges you may be facing. In session, my style is connective, personable and engaging within an authentic and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment. I believe that working together within this safe space can be incredibly powerful for healing and for making the changes you hope to make in therapy. With over 10 years of experience in mental health care, I support clients in all stages and specialize in working with adolescents, college students, and adults. I utilize an eclectic approach to treatment, with an emphasis on client-centered and strength-based therapeutic skills, while also incorporating a focus on overall health and wellbeing.
