I am passionate about working with individuals, couples and families struggling with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, low self esteem and codependency. With an emphasis on attachment, family systems and psychodynamic theories, I work in relationship with my clients. I believe it is essential to meet each person where they are- holding space while encouraging a deeper look at their inner world. To uncover, validate and shift your underlying motivations, unmet childhood needs and patterns that no longer serve you. I am honored to work in this field and journey alongside my clients.
