Finding mental health support can be daunting. I am here to help adults and teens deal with very real issues. As an older counselor, I have the honor of being able to pull from a variety of life experiences in order to connect with individuals in a real way. My focus is working with adults and teens who are dealing with anxiety and depression, OCD and exposures, ADHD and Neurodivergence, trauma work and women's issues.
