Hi, I’m Julia (she/her). I'm glad you're here! Whether you're continuing your therapy journey or starting for the first time, I would be love to accompany you in the process of healing and growth. Therapy might be intimidating to start, but I like to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible for you. With my client-centered approach, I want to focus on what you want to talk about. It could be a recent relationship that is causing you stress or anxiety or maybe you're grieving the loss of something, I would be honored to be a listening ear to provide empathy and feedback from wherever you're coming from. I would love to meet you to discuss any issues you are experiencing. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR as therapy interventions to help you see growth and relief in your life where you need it.
