You are greater than the problem that brings you here, which is why I see my work as creating a place for you to discover your capacity to heal. Trying to describe what is bringing you to therapy can be daunting, let alone beginning the work of engaging and shifting its weight. I will work with you on identifying this, and understanding what is causing the difficulty.
