I help people heal from religious trauma and the lingering effects of high-control groups and relationships. Many of my clients are carrying guilt, shame, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or a deep uncertainty about who they are and what they believe. In our work together, we slow down, untangle spiritual wounds, explore relationship and community dynamics, and begin rebuilding a steady, supportive, authentic sense of self. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in helping you come back to yourself. I offer supportive methods for processing trauma and easing overwhelm, so you can strengthen self-trust, set clear boundaries, and reconnect with the parts of you that were silenced or dismissed by rigid belief systems.
