We often encounter obstacles we are not prepared for or travel down roads that do not lead where we hoped. Whether emotional pain comes from childhood, trauma, current stressors, loss, depression, phobias, anxiety, anger, life changes or relationships; I believe that everyone possesses the ability to recover and improve their quality of life. Working collaboratively, each client's personal values and goals are used to guide the course of therapy. Together, we will create a treatment plan that focuses on overcoming emotional and environmental barriers interfering with feeling present in life.
