Beginning the process of healing can be both beautiful and activate challenging emotions that are hard to face alone. I support individuals and couples track hard to see patterns, themes, and truths with compassion and kindness. It can be vulnerable to sit with tough emotions and discomfort often associated with grief and emotional pain. My goal is to guide clients through this healing process so that they feel a greater sense of confidence, pride, and growth. With greater relief from symptoms, clients are able to increase awareness of their patterns and make changes that create long term change.
