Together we can use strategies to move forward. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and certified School Psychologist. I work with all age groups including children, teens, and adults. For my work with children and teens, I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem, social, and adjustment challenges. I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety or panic symptoms and ruminating thoughts. My goal is to provide you with skills to overcome obstacles.
