I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in the State of Illinois with 16 years of clinical experience. I use a variety of techniques in therapy and match treatment techniques based on the individual needs of each client. I focus on areas of anxiety, trauma and PTSD, depression, relationship issues, and adolescent/teen issues. I incorporate techniques from Acceptance, Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life.
