I work closely with sexual and gender minority individuals (LGBTQIA+), BIPOC and immigrant/refugee populations. I specialize in working with individuals who are 18+ and who may need help with processing trauma, stabilizing emotional regulation and working towards adaptive core beliefs. I believe that oppressive structures impact a person's emotional wellbeing on a multitude of levels and that intersectional identities of a person are all important in the processing of the mental and physical wellbeing of an individual. I have provided therapeutic services for clients for over 15 years.
