My experience also includes supporting clients through self-harm, trauma, grief, stress, ADHD, domestic violence, and sexual assault. My approach is person-centered, meaning I meet you where you are and work with you to set realistic, manageable goals that align with your current needs. Therapy can feel intimidating at first, but I strive to create a laid-back, affirming, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe, seen, and empowered.
