As an experienced adolescent, adult and family therapist, I am passionate in helping my clients realize their happiness potential. You have goals for yourself, for your family, and I want to help you realize those goals. Therapy isn't just talking, it's also about how to live the life you want. You will learn to integrate new behaviors and change your perspective for the better, through proven interventions and conversations directly targeting your goals. I allow my clients to be themselves with no judgement. It is sometimes fun, sometimes difficult but always worthwhile. We work together to find solutions, reframe life situations and change personal views for better insight. Everyone deserves to be happy, sometimes they just need help getting there.
