I work with adults with diverse backgrounds and identities who have experienced trauma, loss, difficulties in relationships, or difficulties with self-esteem, anxiety, and stress. I see therapy as an opportunity to enhance joy, spontaneity, meaning, and connection to yourself and others. It’s ideally an inviting, open, and safe place to explore your sense of your identity, and to learn about yourself in the context of a relationship.
