I am passionate about coming alongside you and supporting you on your therapeutic journey. I take a client-centered approach, as this is YOUR therapeutic experience. I enjoy working with individuals and couples, especially those who have experienced trauma, and/or are experiencing anxiety, depression, and anger. I am trained in EMDR, focusing on trauma related healing. I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, perinatal mental health, and have extensive experience with clients who have experienced domestic violence.
