I have primarily worked with adolescents and adults coping with Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, and family members impacted by a loved ones addiction. In life we may have experiences where we did not cope effectively, and those memories just stick with us. Along with those memories are negative ideas about the self and uncomfortable emotions. Through the use of EMDR and trauma focused approaches, this "old stuff" can be resolved to create a healing lasting change.
