Overwhelmed? Feeling numb? Stuck? As your therapist, I will help you process through what you have been through and what you're currently experiencing. During sessions, you will be creating a toolbox of coping strategies, building resiliency, shifting perspective, and analyzing the external/societal influences affecting your experience. I work with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds to figure out the messiness of life while being culturally sensitive, and trauma and neuro-informed.
