I believe we all have a core self and a purpose. Many individuals, however, are blocked by depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as low self-esteem, substance abuse, and eating disorders. I am an LCSW with a certificate from the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center. I have extensive experience working with adults from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds and have treated individuals diagnosed with everything from bipolar to borderline personality disorder.
