I have years of experience helping children to adults with difficult situations, mental health issues, and general life stress. I believe all past experiences and relationships shape how we feel about ourselves and the world. It is important for us to heal from the inside to the outside with psychological techniques that actually work. I make sure my clients feel welcomed and heard in their sessions.
