I am a Psychotherapist at Sofer Therapy who works with adults navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, postpartum, and relationship challenges. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work with a clinical focus from New York University, and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland. I bring a warm, and collaborative approach to my work, drawing on evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe in meeting clients where they are and not rushing the therapeutic process, allowing healing to unfold at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
