I provide individual or family therapy for teens, young adults, and their family. I love working with teens and young adults to help them navigate life as they near and then start adulthood. I specialize in Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Gender Identity, OCD, Depression, and Trauma. I enjoy helping clients learn to navigate the world around them in a way that feels genuine and true to themselves. I believe in working with clients to help them feel like they have ownership of their lives and the decisions in front of them.
