I have worked with all kinds of people, from ages from 5 to 85, and from all different backgrounds. However, I have the most experience in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people struggling with poverty related issues, women, people with disabilities, and teens and adults with depression & anxiety. I create a very informal, relaxed environment for my clients. Just showing up to session is already hard enough, so I try to create an environment in which the client can just exist authentically as themselves without worrying about judgment or very formal therapeutic language. Just be who you are, and it will be great.
