My name is Julia Solari and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Denver, Colorado, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with youth and adults and I have experience working with trauma, chronic stress, depression, and anxiety. My professional orientation includes person-centered, trauma-informed, feminist, and liberation theory. I have a holistic, strengths-based, and relational approach to therapy and I incorporate aspects of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic experiencing techniques.
