I work with individuals and couples ages 18 and older. I provide a comfortable and safe environment for my patients to explore their feelings, thoughts and relationships. Through therapy sessions my patients can reduce their symptoms of anxiety & depression, improve their family and work relationships and feel more confident about themselves. I help my patients figure out where they are now, and where they want to be in the future.
