I help create the person you envision yourself to be, getting past barriers you experience in putting it all in place. Self esteem, confidence, identifying and neutralizing triggers, healing from trauma, addiction, weight, focus, and pro active behaviors are my areas of specialty. I am a holistic practitioner and specialize in drug free treatment modalities such as EMDR, hypnosis (guided meditation/affirmation), and energy psychology (eft tapping) that allow you to peel away behaviors that get between you and your best expression of yourself. I am especially attuned to young and mature adults in helping to meet their needs.
