Immediate availability for in-person and virtual therapy! It's hard to give yourself the understanding, empathy, and compassion you give to others. It's hard to accept "good enough" when you hold yourself to a standard of "perfect". It's hard to reach out for and accept help when you notice yourself feeling low, anxious or insecure. I've felt that way, too. I know how empowering it can be to have a space dedicated to individualized support and meaningful, sustainable growth.
