I am a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s most difficult challenges. Whether you’re struggling with addiction, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or working through the impact of trauma, I want you to know – you’re not alone, and healing is possible. I received my Master’s of Social Work from Michigan State University, and have spent my career so far working with individuals with substance use disorders and other co-occurring mental and emotional needs.
