Hi there, I'm Julia! For my approach as a therapist, it is of the highest importance for clients to feel seen, heard, understood, and respected. Research shows that the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client can determine therapy outcomes, so I greatly value the connection made between myself as a therapist and you as the client.
